    Description

The Society of Toxicology’s Metals Specialty Section (MSS) offers these awards to recognize current graduate students and postdoctoral trainees conducting research in metals toxicology. The program provides separate first-, second-, and third-place awards for graduate student and postdoctoral research associated with the SOT Annual Meeting.

Supported by the Metals Specialty Section Student Research Award Fund of the SOT Endowment, the awards combine monetary prizes and recognition plaques with an opportunity to share research with the metals toxicology community. Awards are presented at the MSS reception, where first-place recipients present a brief summary of their work to MSS members.
