The Society of Toxicology’s Northeast Regional Chapter (NESOT) offers these awards to recognize student poster presentations at its Fall Meeting. The program provides three awards for student members presenting posters, plus a separate award for an undergraduate presenter that is open to members and nonmembers. Undergraduate students, graduate students, and post-baccalaureate trainees are eligible for the student awards, subject to the membership and affiliation requirements below.
These are competitive presentation awards tied to participation in the regional meeting, rather than funding for a separately proposed research project. The meeting provides a forum for regional toxicologists to share knowledge and network, supporting NESOT’s mission of advancing science to enhance human, animal, and environmental health.
