    Description

The Society of Toxicology (SOT), through its Northeast Regional Chapter (NESOT), offers this competitive student travel award to help defray the costs of attending the SOT Annual Meeting. Also described as the NESOT Student Research Award, it supports undergraduate and graduate student members rather than directly funding a research project, scientific method, or subject area.

The program connects the chapter’s recognition of student research with participation in the Society’s annual meeting. Up to five leading applicants receive travel awards, depending on available funding. Recipients are notified in January, and awards are presented at the NESOT reception during the SOT Annual Meeting.
