The Society of Toxicology’s OTA Postdoctoral Fellow Achievement Award recognizes outstanding scientific achievement in toxicology alongside demonstrated leadership and service. It is an achievement-based honor rather than funding for a specified research project. The award considers scientific accomplishments together with broader academic contributions, including activities that increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in toxicology.
Applicants present their research contributions through an extended abstract of a presentation submitted for the upcoming SOT Annual Meeting. Their application also highlights achievements, leadership, service, community involvement, or challenges addressed throughout their academic career that align with OTA’s mission. OTA membership is not required, although OTA members may receive priority.
