Key Information: Applicants must be OTSS members and authors of the submitted peer-reviewed paper.
The Society of Toxicology’s Ocular Toxicology Specialty Section (OTSS) presents this award to recognize innovations and scientific advances that have an impact on ocular toxicology. It honors an existing, peer-reviewed contribution rather than a proposal for future research, emphasizing both the originality of the work and its scientific contribution to advancing the field.
The award considers papers published, or in press, in any journal during the calendar year preceding the SOT Annual Meeting. Applicants document how their work is innovative and how it advances ocular toxicology. A single recipient is recognized each year, with the award announced at the OTSS reception during the SOT Annual Meeting.
