Description
The Society of Toxicology’s Risk Assessment Specialty Section (RASS) presents the Best Overall Abstract Award to recognize work submitted to the Society’s Annual Meeting. The award focuses on scientific contributions identified with risk assessment through an abstract’s keyword or category. Any Annual Meeting abstract meeting that condition will be considered.
RASS gives one best abstract award each year at the SOT Annual Meeting, alongside its separate best paper awards. This is recognition of submitted scientific work rather than support for carrying out a new research project. The winning abstract’s lead author receives an achievement plaque.
