Description
The Solar + Storage Pilot Program is a rebate initiative under Delaware’s Green Energy Program, administered by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC). The program incentivizes the installation of battery energy storage systems (BESS) paired with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and nonprofit Delmarva Power customers.
