Description
The SPARC: Strengthening Photovoltaic and Renewable Careers program is a workforce development initiative led by the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE). Its primary goal is to help Colorado achieve a 100% renewable electric grid by 2040 by building a robust, well-trained workforce in clean energy sectors. SPARC offers high-quality education, training, and career pathway opportunities in photovoltaic (solar) and broader renewable energy fields. This includes support for programs in energy production, storage, transmission, energy-efficient construction, solar and wind installation, electric vehicle maintenance, and more.
