--- ## Description This grant offers rapid response support to established nonprofits confronting unforeseen operational emergencies or unexpected opportunities that require unbudgeted expenditures. The intent is to help organizations continue critical services or take advantage of time-sensitive opportunities when other funding sources are unavailable.
