Funding Amounts: Up to $5,000 per project for one year; no more than $10,000 per person/group in any four-year period.

SIGCSE Special Project Grants support members in exploring and implementing innovative concepts in computing education. The program aims to generate new knowledge, develop or disseminate resources, and promote effective practices in learning, teaching, or assessment within the computer science education community. Projects must demonstrate a clear benefit to the broader disciplinary community and include plans for sharing outcomes and encouraging adoption by others. Recipients are required to report on their completed work and disseminate results through SIGCSE channels, such as conferences or publications.
