Description
The Special Projects Program provides funding for initiatives that are not supported through the standard Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application process in Maine. It is designed to support alternative grant activities and partnerships that address community or economic development needs in Maine municipalities, while ensuring projects fulfill CDBG National Objectives. Approval for the use of Special Projects funds is determined by the Director of the Office of Community Development.
