Description
The Erie Community Foundation supports community events and nonprofit fundraisers in the Erie area through Event Sponsorships and Community Impact Sponsorships. The program places these activities within the Foundation’s vision of a united, vibrant, and thriving region for all. Its broader community impact priorities include health, education, economic growth, neighborhood and community development, and regional vitality.
Sponsorships provide a specific avenue for event and fundraising support: although the Foundation generally excludes fundraising events from its grants, this program explicitly supports nonprofit fundraisers. Recent sponsorship recipients represent various causes and organizations each year, rather than a single named cause or organization. Applications are accepted as funds are available, with review scheduled on the published dates.
