Description
The Spotlight Program, managed by Pennsylvania Creative Industries (a program of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts), provides funding and networking opportunities for smaller creative arts organizations and programs in Pennsylvania. The program prioritizes projects that align with one or more of five strategic opportunity areas: Asset Development, Workforce Development, Community Development, Visibility, and Policy. In addition to funding, grantees benefit from a collaborative network, including discipline-specific webinars and peer learning.
