Description
The Spotlight Program is run by Pennsylvania Creative Industries, the flagship brand of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. It supports smaller creative arts organizations and arts programs that deliver services, products, or programs advancing at least one of five priorities: asset development, workforce development, community development, visibility, and policy. Applicants select one priority and explain how their ongoing activities support it.
The program also offers grantees opportunities to connect and share insights, potentially through webinars organized by artistic discipline or priority area. Its funding and networking are intended to strengthen creative activity across Pennsylvania.
