Description
The Spotlight Program is administered by Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. It supports smaller creative arts organizations and arts programs delivering services, products, and programming that advance the agency’s strategic priorities. The program aims to empower, connect, and amplify creatives and their contributions to Pennsylvania’s communities, economy, and workforce.
Supported work aligns with asset development, workforce development, community development, visibility, or policy. These priorities encompass organizational resources and networks, creative skills and employment pathways, creative placemaking, promotion of creative industries, and policies fostering opportunities for the sector. Alongside financial support, grantees receive collaboration and networking opportunities, potentially including webinars organized by artistic discipline or strategic focus area.
