Description
The Spotlight Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts under its Pennsylvania Creative Industries initiative, is designed to uplift and strengthen smaller creative arts organizations and programs across the state. The program offers both funding and access to a collaborative network, including discipline-specific webinars and professional development opportunities. Projects must align with at least one of five strategic areas: Asset Development, Workforce Development, Community Development, Visibility, or Policy. The grant is reimbursement-based, meaning grantees must first incur and pay for eligible expenses before submitting for reimbursement.
