Description
The SRCD U.S. Policy Fellowship Program provides postdoctoral researchers in child development with an intensive, full-time experience working on child and family policy in either U.S. state agencies or Congress. Fellows gain hands-on exposure to evidence-based policymaking, develop professional skills, receive mentorship, and build networks across academia, government, and philanthropy. The program emphasizes bridging developmental science and public policy, with a focus on children aged 0–8. Placements begin in September and run for 12 months, with state agency fellows eligible for a second year if all parties agree.
