Description
The Society for the Study of Reproduction (SSR) Annual Meeting Child Caregiving Grant provides practical support for members balancing childcare responsibilities with attendance at the society’s annual meeting. It partially offsets meeting-related childcare expenses rather than funding research projects or scientific meeting operations.
Developed by SSR’s Women in Reproductive Science, Community & Engagement, and Trainee Affairs committees, the program addresses the financial and logistical challenges that caring for young children can create for meeting attendance.
