Description
The New Jersey Department of Health’s Division of Syndemic and Substance Use Services supports the development and implementation of comprehensive, status-neutral HIV services for populations most affected by HIV. Programs may work at a specific stage or across the full continuum of HIV testing, prevention, and care and treatment.
Funded services are intended to engage people and link them to interventions designed around their needs. The program calls for impactful, innovative approaches that are customer-centered, culturally aware, and trauma-informed.
