Description
Stand Together Foundation is a grant program of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation supporting innovative strategies that move people from the brink of poverty toward economic stability and self-sufficiency. Priority goes to innovative or collaborative programming that advances housing and economic stability, including education, workforce development, and human services addressing the root causes of poverty.
The program seeks transformational, lasting benefits for low-income adults, youth, and families, together with long-term community impact. It supports planning, implementation, program or project work, and capital investments directly related to a program. Strong proposals align with the Greater Green Bay Blueprint to Prevent and End Homelessness or other community housing initiatives, coordinate services or collaborate with other organizations, and demonstrate sustainability and meaningful, measurable outcomes.
