Description
This scheme offers starter grants to clinical lecturers aiming to launch their independent research careers. The program, administered by the Academy of Medical Sciences in partnership with the British Heart Foundation and other major UK funders, provides up to £40,000 over 1–2 years for research costs. In addition to financial support, awardees gain access to professional development and mentoring through the Academy of Medical Sciences.
