Description
The State Planning & Research (SPR) Part B Program, managed by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), provides funding for research projects that address Tennessee’s transportation challenges and drive innovation. Supported primarily by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) with a required state match, the program enables research that is tailored to state-specific needs, encourages the adoption of new solutions, and improves efficiency for all transportation users.
