Description
Tennessee’s State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program is administered by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s Division of Water Resources. It combines the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), providing low-interest loans and technical assistance to communities across Tennessee for infrastructure planning, design, and construction.
The program helps communities afford safe, sustainable, and resilient water systems while protecting human health and improving water quality. Clean Water financing supports wastewater and stormwater systems, including treatment improvements, collection-system rehabilitation, green infrastructure, and watershed protection.
