Description
The Stephen D. Tanner Children’s Enrichment Fund, administered by Your Community Foundation of North Central West Virginia (YCF), provides grants to support projects that improve the lives of underprivileged children in Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, and Taylor Counties.
