    Description

The Society of Architectural Historians of Great Britain (SAHGB) administers this six-strand programme, funded by the Stevenson Trust Fund and Christopher Wakeling’s bequest. It supports education, research and outreach in architectural history and related fields, targeting Master’s students, PhD students and early career researchers in academia and other organisations, including museums and the heritage sector.

The programme contributes to research visits to collections, libraries, archives and historic sites in the UK or abroad, and to postgraduate degree fees. It also supports events that bring architectural history research to public and non-specialist audiences, attendance at the Society’s conference, and an annual workshop or symposium bringing together its early career and equality, diversity and inclusion networks.
