The Stonewall Service Award, presented by the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC), recognizes members of CCCC/NCTE who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to improving the experiences of sexual and gender minorities. The award celebrates individuals whose service and leadership have fostered inclusivity and advocacy within the organization, the broader profession, and their local communities. Recipients are honored for making a meaningful difference through their work to advance equity and support for LGBTQ+ individuals in higher education and beyond.
