Description
The Washington State Department of Ecology’s Stormwater Grants of Regional or Statewide Significance (GROSS) Program helps municipal stormwater permittees complete projects that support their permit-required programs. It funds stormwater activities that directly benefit multiple permittees’ stormwater management programs or have clear regional or statewide value, including results that can be transferred beyond the immediate project.
Projects must produce durable deliverables. Capital construction is not eligible. GROSS is a competitive grant within Ecology’s Water Quality Combined Funding Program, which uses one application and competitive review process to consider projects for its available funding sources.
