Description
The Strategic Investment Grant, offered by the Arts and Science Council, provides project-based funding for established nonprofits in Charlotte-Mecklenburg whose missions focus on arts, science, history, or heritage. The grant is intended for one-time, capacity-building opportunities that strengthen organizational management, fundraising, board/staff learning, and operational efficiency. Projects should be strategic in nature, aimed at advancing the organization's long-term sustainability and impact within the community. The program is principally funded by the City of Charlotte, with additional support from Mecklenburg County and the North Carolina Arts Council.
