Description
The Strategic and Miscellaneous Funding Program, administered by the Nebraska Agricultural Research Division (ARD), provides flexible, short-term funding for research needs that cannot be met by state allocations, traditional grants, or other internal programs. The program supports a diverse array of requests, including travel to research sites, temporary operating or personnel shortfalls, equipment purchases or repairs, facility upgrades, and other urgent requirements essential for advancing research at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL). The aim is to reinforce and strengthen the research mission of both ARD and UNL by addressing unique funding gaps.
