Description
The Strategic Sustainability Fund, administered by the Central New York Community Foundation, supports organizations seeking to create new synergies within and between nonprofits. Its goal is to help nonprofits in the region continue to collaborate and thrive. The fund covers both relationships among organizations and planning within individual organizations.
Support falls into two project categories: strategic partnerships, affiliations and mergers; and organizational planning, including strategic planning and succession planning. Funding helps organizations pursue this work through practical expenses such as professional and legal services, human resource management, technical assistance, and consultant support. Geographic eligibility differs by project category.
