The Strategic Sustainability Fund, administered through the Strategic Partnership Fund of the Central New York Community Foundation (CNYCF), is designed to support nonprofit organizations in Central New York that are seeking to create new synergies through structural collaborations. This includes mergers, affiliations, and other forms of strategic partnerships that enable organizations to improve program delivery and make more effective use of limited financial and human resources. The fund is part of CNYCF’s broader mission to build organizational sustainability and capacity, ultimately benefiting communities across Onondaga, Madison, Cayuga, Cortland, and Oswego counties.
