The Strategic Sustainability Fund (Strategic Partnership Fund) offered by the Central New York Community Foundation is designed to strengthen the long-term sustainability and impact of nonprofit organizations in Central New York. The fund supports structural collaborations such as mergers, formal affiliations, and other strategic partnerships that help nonprofits align missions, streamline operations, and expand program delivery.
