Description
The Research Council of Finland funds consortia undertaking joint research and development to strengthen cooperation between healthcare and social welfare collaborative areas and other research actors. The call promotes R&D activity in wellbeing services counties, welfare and health, and the development of services. Projects should strengthen the quality of R&D and health and social services while improving the productivity and impact of the service system.
Supported work encompasses fundamental research, applied research and development in the public domain. Activities must systematically increase knowledge and use it for new applications, with the goal of creating something fundamentally new. The Council expects scientific and societal impact and responsible science. This is the second call supporting R&D activity and cooperation in wellbeing services counties.
