Description
This program funds community-led projects in Northern Ireland aimed at supporting people facing poverty, disadvantage, and discrimination. The focus is on early intervention, prevention of negative experiences, and building on community strengths and connections. Projects must address at least one of the following outcomes: reducing health inequalities, improving physical or mental health and wellbeing, fostering positive relationships, helping young people reach their potential, or supporting children and young people in developing social and emotional skills.
