This technical assistance and capacity-building initiative supports cross-sector efforts to address the shortage and high turnover rate of direct care workers.

The program’s goal is to strengthen the workforce that supports older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers. Through this work, ACL aims to help these individuals safely live, work, and participate fully in their communities.
