Description
This opportunity provides supplemental funding to 34 American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) Tribes and regional tribally designated organizations that previously received awards under CDC-RFA-TO-23-0001. The purpose is to support new project plans for FY 2027 focused on strengthening public health systems and services in Indian Country. Projects should align with Healthy People 2030 goals and may address community health, health communication, health IT, public health infrastructure, and workforce development. The funding is administered as a cooperative agreement by the CDC's Center for State, Tribal, Local, and Territorial Support (CSTLTS).
