Description
The Stronger Neighborhoods Grants program, offered by the Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF), funds projects that enhance the safety, cleanliness, environmental sustainability, and vibrancy of neighborhoods throughout Baltimore City and County. The program empowers locally led initiatives—developed in partnership with residents and community organizations—that transform public spaces, foster belonging, and improve quality of life. Priority is given to proposals with demonstrated community-wide support and alignment with one or more key focus areas: safe, clean, green, and vibrant neighborhoods. Projects may include beautification, public safety improvements, cultural enrichment, sustainability efforts, or other resident-identified needs.
