This European Commission funding opportunity supports research and innovation actions aimed at structurally addressing homelessness by coordinating key social infrastructure and services—such as healthcare, education, employment, and community integration—at the neighbourhood level. Projects should develop, implement, and validate system-based approaches that address the structural and multidimensional causes of homelessness, with a focus on chronic homelessness and marginalized groups. The approach must be participatory and transdisciplinary, integrating social sciences and humanities expertise, and be validated in at least five different neighbourhoods across EU Member States or Associated Countries. Results must be shared with the New European Bauhaus hub to enable broader impact and replication.
