Description
The American Research Center in Egypt (ARCE) Student Access Grant helps students overcome financial barriers to attending its in-person Annual Meeting. Rather than funding a separate research project, the program covers conference participation costs for students who could not attend without financial assistance. For 2027, it will support three students through meeting registration, hotel accommodation, and travel assistance.
ARCE describes its Annual Meeting as arguably the most significant Egyptology academic conference in the United States. The grant reflects its commitment to creating pathways into the field, particularly for students with financial need.
