    Description

The Student Travel Bursary is one of four funding opportunities announced by the Geochemistry Group to promote and support geochemistry-related research within Great Britain and Ireland. The Group provides financial support for conference attendance and has a particular focus on early-career geochemists, including PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers.

The Geochemistry Group is a Special Interest Group of both the Mineralogical Society of the UK and Ireland and the Geological Society of London. Its broader aims are to promote geochemistry as a discipline, strengthen links between its different areas, and showcase new geochemical talent. The student bursary sits within this wider research-supporting programme.
