Description
The Student Travel Grant, administered through the ASNT Foundation, helps students pursuing research and education in nondestructive testing (NDT) attend the ASNT Research Symposium. It supports travel associated with symposium participation rather than a standalone research project, helping students pursue professional development, build networks, and share innovative research.
The program connects students’ academic accomplishments and NDT/NDE research experience with their future career plans. Selection emphasizes how clearly applicants explain their goals and the benefits they expect from attending the symposium. Students presenting at the ASNT Research Symposium receive priority.
