Description
Women's Studio Workshop (WSW) offers the Studio Residency Grant for artists creating new work in intaglio, letterpress, papermaking, screenprinting, or photography. The residency provides dedicated time and access to WSW's studios in Rosendale, New York. Artists propose the work they want to make and identify the studio or studios their projects require; the grant does not prescribe a theme or subject.
Residents receive onsite housing, around-the-clock studio access, and a weekly stipend. WSW can also provide technical advice and production assistance. Residents receive a studio orientation and are expected to work independently, with daily check-ins from studio staff.
