Description
The Study Abroad Scholarship provides a $1,000 award to students who are planning to participate in a study abroad program. The scholarship is designed to recognize academic achievement and the relevance of the study abroad experience to the applicant's educational and personal development. Applicants must submit a description of their planned program, explain its importance to their major or life goals, and provide a current transcript. The selection process is competitive and managed independently by the Honor Society®, with recipients chosen based on a rubric evaluating academic merit and program relevance. Recipients are expected to provide a testimonial about their experience.
