Description
This grant program, offered by the Rapides Foundation, is designed to support the implementation of evidence-based, community-driven solutions to prevent substance and alcohol abuse. The initiative emphasizes collaborative, cross-sector partnerships—encouraging communities, agencies, and those most affected to work together to address substance and alcohol abuse at a systemic level.
