Description
The Substance Use Block Grant (SUBG) is a federal program administered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and allocated in Arizona through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). The Governor's Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF) uses a portion of these funds to support Arizona organizations providing substance use prevention and early intervention.
