Description
Women's Studio Workshop (WSW) offers Summer Assistantships to emerging artists and arts workers seeking hands-on experience with its Summer Art Institute, a seasonal workshop program. Assistants work with instructors, students, and staff to prepare studios and materials, support demonstrations and workshop logistics, and help maintain the facility. They may assist with and participate in up to seven workshops while building skills across printmaking, papermaking, book arts, and related practices.
This position focuses on delivering Summer Art Institute workshops. Unlike WSW's Studio Internship, it does not carry ongoing responsibilities for resident artists, artist's book production, or other year-round studio projects.
