Description
The Summer STEM Grants program, administered by the Idaho Commission for Libraries, is designed to empower Idaho’s public, tribal, school, and academic libraries to deliver engaging, hands-on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) outreach activities during the summer months. The program aims to increase access to STEM learning for underserved youth, foster a love of STEM, and minimize summer learning loss by supporting innovative programming beyond traditional library offerings. Awardees receive funds for materials or presenters, as well as access to toolkits and resources to enhance their summer STEM initiatives.
