Description
The Innovate Alabama Supplemental Grant Program is designed to advance the growth and commercialization of innovative small businesses in Alabama that have already secured federal SBIR or STTR Phase I or II awards. The program offers non-dilutive funding—meaning recipients do not give up equity—to support key activities such as hiring talent, business planning, product development, market research, intellectual property protection, and technical milestones. The aim is to bridge funding gaps, accelerate technology commercialization, and expand Alabama’s innovation economy.
