This grant supports the organisation of conferences, workshops, and seminars—either physical or digital—that serve as platforms for research dissemination, knowledge sharing, and scientific collaboration. Events must be held in Norway and be open to all interested participants. The main organiser must apply, and for international conferences, the Norwegian applicant must be the primary organiser. The event should align with one of the specified thematic areas, and applications must demonstrate how the event addresses the requirements of the chosen area.
The grant encourages environmentally friendly events and requires recipients to acknowledge the Research Council’s support during the event. Funding is provided post-event based on approved reporting.
