This grant, under the LIFE Clean Energy Transition sub-programme, aims to accelerate the clean energy transition and decarbonisation of European industry and businesses. It supports collaborative approaches to bridge the gap between demand and supply of net-zero energy technologies and to foster cooperation among companies operating in physical proximity, such as industrial clusters or parks. The initiative is aligned with the European Green Deal, Fit-for-55 package, REPowerEU Plan, and the Net-Zero Industry Act.
Applicants must address one of two scopes:
Eligible activities include developing and validating business models, establishing cooperation initiatives, identifying investment pipelines, and overcoming organisational, legal, and social barriers. The grant encourages the replication of successful approaches and broad dissemination of results.
