Description
The Health Foundation is supporting a new postgraduate certificate course in health communication and engagement at Buckinghamshire New University, delivered by the Centre for Health Communication Research. This highly practical, one-year, part-time program is designed for NHS professional communicators and engagement specialists seeking to enhance their skills or progress to leadership roles. The curriculum is regularly updated in consultation with NHS staff and sector leaders to address current challenges in NHS communication, engagement, and leadership. The course combines face-to-face teaching, online sessions, and project work, and aims to professionalise health communication across the NHS, with a particular focus on increasing diversity within the field.
