Description
The Surface Water Matching Planning Grants program, administered by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), provides financial assistance for the planning, preliminary engineering, and feasibility analysis of projects aimed at managing and improving surface water quality in Delaware. The grant targets projects that address both point and non-point source pollution within impaired watersheds, focusing on the developed landscape through stormwater retrofits, green infrastructure, stream and wetland restoration, small watershed studies, and master surface water or drainage plans.
