Description
Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education offers clinical residency and fellowship programs across surgery and related specialties. These are graduate medical education opportunities rather than research or project grants. Trainees have access to common and complex cases through a Department of Surgery covering the full breadth of surgical specialties. Mayo Clinic’s surgical practice includes more than 300 surgeons and 139 operating rooms across Arizona, Florida, and Minnesota.
The offerings span general, neurologic, orthopedic, plastic, thoracic, vascular, community and rural surgery, and other specialties. Fellowships provide focused training in transplantation, reconstructive surgery, surgical oncology, minimally invasive surgery, pediatric surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, surgical critical care, and additional fields.
