Description
The Sustaining Leaders Initiative, administered by the Kalamazoo Community Foundation, provides one-time grants of up to $2,500 to nonprofit leaders in Kalamazoo County. The program is designed to support leaders' well-being, professional growth, and sustainability—especially those advancing racial, social, and economic justice. Priority is given to leaders of color, women of color, and first-time applicants, but all eligible nonprofit leaders are encouraged to apply. The grant can be used for a broad range of expenses, including respite, wellness, executive coaching, professional development, therapy, and related needs.
